Joe – My name is Joe, I am 47 years old and work as a Paramedic for a local ambulance service. I have close to 20 years of experience in the fire service and EMS. I am new to Motor City Ghost Hunters. I joined in October of 2018 and I am one of techs on the team. I have always been interested in the paranormal. I enjoy the technical aspect of the investigations and love learning about the new electronic equipment. As far as the paranormal goes, I am the type of person that has to see it, feel it, and hear it to believe. And the investigations that I have been a part of, let’s just say, I believe. From day one of joining MCGH’s, I have been treated like family. Everyone on the team has different abilities, we learn from one another; we are all one team. I wanted to learn the right way to investigate and I have been trained to do so. This is a great, professional hobby and I really enjoy the satisfaction knowing that I am a part of a professional team that steps up and helps someone in need. I am married to my wonderful and beautiful wife Tonya and I have a son who is in the Air Force and a daughter who is attending the University of Michigan Dearborn. I also have a stepson who is a senior in high school and is making his visits to colleges and working on obtaining a scholarship in baseball. My stepdaughter is a sophomore in high school.
The Motor City Ghost Hunters are here to investigate and educate about the paranormal in SE Michigan. We investigate homes, businesses, historical buildings and public places in order to ascertain paranormal activity. We also give public presentations and host boths Kids' Days and Adult Walks for local historical societies.
Always Be Respectful!
The Motor City Ghost Hunters are strictly an anti-vandalism, anti-trespassing, anti-litter and anti-drug group. Motor City Ghost Hunters has never condoned vandalism, trespassing, littering or any illegal activity, and we will NOT participate in any investigation, hunt or event where such activities are present. We firmly believe that permission should be given before entering any area to investigate. If permission cannot be obtained, no investigation, hunt or event should take place, PERIOD! These types of activities give all ghost hunters a bad name, and we want no part of it!
